      Twilio SMS delivery to AT&T Network in Mexico was degraded for 4 hours and 25 minutes between 12:50PM and 3:15 PM Pacific Time on 09/06/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced delays in messaging. The issue has now been resolved.
