      We have investigated the issue of increased carrier filtering on SMS traffic to AT&T US from a subset of local long code numbers. It was determined that we are observing expected filtering behavior for messaging sent without a registered A2P Campaign. All systems are operational. If you experience message filtering toward AT&T on a registered A2P 10DLC Campaign, please submit a ticket to Twilio Support.
