      We are no longer seeing degradation for TaskRouter and Flex. The issue has been resolved.

      Monitoring
      Flex was degraded between 09:27 and 09:56 Pacific Time earlier today. During this period, customers may have experienced trouble creating new tasks, logging into Flex, and changing TaskRouter settings in the console. The issue has been resolved, and we are monitoring the service for an additional 30 minutes.
