      Invoices issued for January 2023, for approximately 90,000 customers, included a “ROOT PRICING” text in some of the SKU Group grouping texts. This was unexpected and caused confusion for some customers, who were on a custom pricing plan and inferred they were not getting that plan. There was no impact to usage or invoicing values calculated, sent to customers or tracked through our systems, this was a presentation problem with SKU Group descriptions only.
