Voice Insights call summaries for calls that ended after 1:40am UTC are being processed successfully and are available via Console, Rest APIs and Event Streams. Our engineers are working on backfilling the call summaries for calls that ended between Aug 25th 23:36 and Aug 26th 1:40am. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
