We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery delays to US carriers. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

We have disabled Picture SMS on the affected short codes, as we observe successful MMS delivery in the past 10 minutes. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update

We have temporarily enabled picture SMS on the affected short code numbers as a workaround while we continue to work with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. Subscribers will receive an SMS with a link to the picture instead. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
