We have discovered that customers who use Visa and Mastercard may also be impacted by this incident. We continue to experience customer credit cards incorrectly declining on the Twilio platform. Update
We are experiencing customer Amex credit cards incorrectly declining on the Twilio platform. Customers may be unable to add AMEX credit cards due to the cards being declined erroneously with "zip code errors". The credit card declines may lead to customers being unable to add credit cards and customer accounts may be suspended if the recharge trigger and suspension trigger decline and funds cannot be added. We are investigating and will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
