We are experiencing intermittent failures to a percentage of our French mobile numbers. Affected mobile phone numbers are unable to receive voice calls and/or experiencing delays in SMS message delivery to Twilio. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve this issue. We will post an update within the next hour.
