Delays with Event Streams has been resolved and it is operating normally at this time.
Update
Event Streams are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
Update
Replay of impacted events between 06:25 and 06:56 Pacific Time succeeded. The replay was done between 08:00 and 08:15 Pacific Time. We will continue monitoring and provide an update in 30 minutes.
Monitoring
This incident causing Event Streams delays was prematurely resolved in one of our previous posts. Please refer to https://status.twilio.com/incidents/gp78s043d2p7 for previous updates. On-call engineers will start replaying all events between events are flowing correctly. We will continue to monitor for system stability and works towards delivery of the events between 06:25 and 06:56 Pacific Time. All customers subscribed to any events that happened during that period will receive the events starting now. This remediates the incident and protects the at-least-once delivery guarantees that Event Streams promises. Our next update will be provided in 30 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience and for any confusion this may have caused.
