Investigating
We are reopening the incident for SMS delivery delays when sending messages to, and receiving messages from, a subset of French numbers, to a subset of Twilio domestic long code numbers as the incident has resurfaced. This communication is related to the reported incident at https://status.twilio.com/incidents/tbmtjp5jscdr. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour, or as soon as more information becomes available.
