      This incident causing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Orange network in Israel was prematurely resolved in one of our previous posts. Please refer to https://status.twilio.com/incidents/yhb0rknw3w2r for previous updates. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience and for any confusion this may have caused.
