We’re conducting a planned maintenance in US1 region between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM Pacific Time on 02/19/2026. During the maintenance window, customers may experience the below issue: -Increased rejections for incoming requests as the cluster load increases during blue/green deployments. -Increased API latency on sync insights APIs. -Possible loss of Taskrouter data on Sync Insights platform, that could lead to stale data on Teams View UI and API/SDK requests. -Sync Insights APIs timeouts for API and Twilsock (SDK) requests.
